Taiwan Comprehensive University System’s inter-collegiate course enrollment

Taiwan Comprehensive University System consists of National Chung Hsing University, National Chung Cheng University, National Cheng Kung University, and National Sun Yat-sen University. Enrolled degree students listed in the system can enroll in courses from other schools. 
Bachelor-degree students: waived for the tuition fee for selected school (not including teacher education program, summer classes, course retakes, training credits) 
Postgraduate students: tuition is set according to each school’s tuition standards. 

Inter-collegiate course enrollment knowhows

1. Go to affiliate schools’ course enrollment system to search for courses.

2-1. Ask the instructor if he/she accepts students from other schools to enroll in his/her course. 

2-2. Ask your faculty to see if the faculty recognizes the credit.  

3. Go to NCHU curriculum section website to download F3-01 Inter-collegiate Course Enrollment Form (doc file | odt file). 

4. Bring the inter-collegiate course enrollment form to the course-offering unit for approval. 

5. Bring the inter-collegiate course enrollment form to your faculty for credit recognition. 

6. Enroll in courses according to the affiliate school’s time and process.

7. Send the inter-collegiate course enrollment form to the National Chung Hsing curriculum section and a copy of the above form to the affiliate school’s organizing unit.
