User’s guideline for “International Students Online Application System of Admission to National Chung Hsing University”

1: 申請帳號
Register an account.

2: 系統會自動寄啟用連結信至填寫註冊之信箱
You’ll receive the verification link from your email.

3: 啟用帳號
Activate your account.

4: 進入系統申請
Log in to the application system to do the application.

第一步選擇學位與系所 
Step 1 Proposed Degree & Department

第二步填寫個人資訊 
Step 2  Personal Information

第三步填寫郵政資訊 
Step 3  Postal Information

 第四步填寫家人狀態 
Step 4  Family Status

 第五步填寫緊急連絡人 
Step 5  Emergency Contact Person

第六步填寫教育背景 
Step 6  Educational Background

第七步英語能力與資格  
Step 7 Language Proficiency Qualification

第八步獎學金與財力 
Step 8  Scholarship & Finance

第九步推薦人
Step 9  Information of individuals that recommended you

第十步繳交需要文件(PDF檔案必須是A4大小(210X297)、不可設置密碼、不可設置成唯讀檔)
Step 10 Please submit the required documents. (PDF files must be in A4 size(210X297) and should NOT be password protected or set as read-only)

第十一步檢查填寫內容正確，按下確認，申請繳件完成(確認後資料不可在修改)
Step 11 Check out your application information, you’ll need to click the “confirm” button to finish the application. (Please note that you can’t change any information once you click the “confirm” bottom)

收到確認信，等待審核結果(秋季班 6月15日; 春季班12月15日)
You’ll receive a confirmation email, and please wait for the application results (Fall semester 15th June; Spring semester 15th December)
