【NCUE × NUST】台中大甲文化體驗 Cultural Trip to Dajia, Taichung - 2026. Nov 21st (Sat.)
活動介紹
一起到台中大甲，體驗農村生活、品嚐在地美食！這次我們將走訪葵海休閒農場，從傳統的鄉土焢窯開始，體驗動手料理的樂趣，再透過大甲芋頭酥 DIY，感受在地點心的魅力。接著到蓮花池划船，在悠閒的農場氛圍中，與同學共享輕鬆愉快的時光。
中午，大家將享用焢窯料理、米粉湯及芋頭酥，一邊品嚐美食，一邊分享上午的趣事。下午則安排葵海冰箱貼 DIY，讓大家帶回一份親手製作的旅行紀念。最後，我們將前往海邊探索濱海風光，在海風吹拂下，為這一天留下充滿大甲風情的美好回憶。
Activity Introduction
Join us in Dajia, Taichung, to experience rural life and enjoy local food! We will visit Kui Hai Leisure Farm, starting with traditional earth-oven cooking for a hands-on taste of rural cuisine, followed by Dajia taro pastry DIY to discover the charm of this local treat. Next, we will go boating on the lotus pond, enjoying the farm’s peaceful atmosphere and relaxing with fellow students.
For lunch, we will enjoy earth-oven dishes, rice noodle soup, and taro pastries while sharing stories from the morning’s activities. In the afternoon, we will take part in Kui Hai fridge magnet DIY, creating a handmade souvenir to take home. Finally, we will head to the coast to explore the seaside scenery and enjoy the sea breeze, ending the day with fond memories of Dajia.
活動資訊
費用：本次活動行程免費，但報名時需先支付 500元保證金，並在表單上 上傳匯款證明。完成繳費後，提交 Google 表單，報名流程才算正式完成。若活動當天未全程參與，保證金將不予退還。報名取消期限為 2026年11月6日17:00，逾期將不受理退費申請。

Activity Information
Cost: The event is free of charge, but a NT $500 deposit is required at the time of registration, and proof of payment must be uploaded on the form. Registration is considered complete only after the deposit is submitted and the Google Form is officially submitted. The deposit will not be refunded if the participant does not attend the entire event. The registration cancellation deadline is November 6, 2026, 5:00 PM, and refund requests after this date will not be accepted.

當日行程與提醒
1. 當日行程為早上8點40分集合，9點準時出發
2. 本次活動包含芋頭相關食品製作與品嚐，對芋頭過敏者請特別留意，並於報名時主動告知主辦單位。
3. 建議攜帶一件備用褲子及拖鞋，以便參與農場與親水活動。
*控窯過程中，需赤腳進入泥巴地，泥巴可能深及小腿。
4. 可攜帶熟食、餅乾及飲料等，禁止攜帶生食。
Schedule and Reminders
1. Participants will begin gathering at 8:40 a.m., with departure at 9:00 a.m. sharp.
2. This activity includes making and tasting taro-based foods. Participants with taro allergies should take special care and inform the organizers when registering.
3. We recommend bringing a spare pair of pants and slippers for the farm and water activities.
*During the earth oven cooking activity, you’ll need to walk barefoot through mud that may reach your calves.
4. You may bring cooked food, cookies, drinks, and similar items. Raw food is not allowed.

1. 本次活動僅限在台外籍生參加。
2. 填寫報名表時，需 上傳匯款證明並提交表單，報名才算成功。若未上傳匯款截圖，報名將 無效。
3. 由於人數限制，表單送出不代表報名成功，若報名人數超過限制，則將Email聯繫退回保證金。
4. 倘若遇到不可抗之因素將會延期，延期資訊將會第一時間在LINE群組通知，請務必加入群組！報名完成後，我們將透過 Email寄送LINE群組加入連結，請留意信件並完成加入。

2. When filling out the registration form, you must upload proof of payment and submit the form for your registration to be considered complete. If the payment screenshot is not uploaded, the registration will be invalid.
3. Due to the limited number of participants, submitting the form does not guarantee a successful registration. If the number of applicants exceeds the limit, we will contact you by email to arrange a refund of the deposit.
4. Should unforeseen circumstances arise, the event will be postponed. Any updates will be announced promptly in the LINE group. Please join the group to stay informed.
