New Student Enrollment Introduction

Welcome to National Chung Hsing University!

We are pleased to offer Online Enrollment for new international students. This system aims to collect students’ files and proceed with OIA’s first review.

 

Please note that every new student has to complete the process in two parts:

  1. Upload files online
  • via system during Aug 22~Aug 26,2022
  1. Submit original/verified diploma & transcript
  • Bring the documents on the next day you complete the period of quarantine and self health managment once you arrived.

 

Instructions for Completing Online Enrollment

Step 2: Upload Required Documents

1 A recent passport picture JPG Color ID photos were taken without wearing headgear or sunglasses, white background
2 A copy of your valid passport JPG Scan the page with your personal details.
3 A copy of your latest diploma (Verified) PDF 
(combine into 1 file)
Copy of your highest level of educational diploma
*The diploma shall be certified by Taiwan Embassy or Taiwan representative office in/near your country. If your Diploma is obtained from schools in Taiwan, it is not necessary to be verified by Taiwan Embassy.
*If the original documents are not in English or Chinese, an English or Chinese translation notarized by a Taiwan overseas representative office is also required.
*Special Case:
1. If your diploma hasn't been verified, you have to fill in "Declaration of Admission Documents Legalization"(download .pdf.odt), sign, and upload it in the system.
2. If you do not yet have your actual diploma, we need an official statement from your school declaring that you have obtained the diploma which admits you to the NCHU. This statement must clearly indicate that you successfully obtained the diploma before 1 October, but that it will be presented at a later date.

*The records shall be certified by Taiwan Embassy or Taiwan representative office in/near your country. If your academic records are obtained from schools in Taiwan, it is not necessary to be verified by Taiwan Embassy. Please click the link for more information on the authentication. 
*If the original documents are not in English or Chinese, an English or Chinese translation notarized by a Taiwan overseas representative office is also required.
*Special Case:
If your transcript hasn't been verified, you have to fill in "Declaration of Admission Documents Legalization"(download .pdf.odt), sign and upload it in the system.
 

 

Step 3:  Submit original/verified diploma & transcript

A verified copy is a photocopy bearing an original stamp and an original signature from the Taiwan Embassy or Taiwan representative office. The stamp indicates that it is a genuine copy of the original diploma/transcript.

NCHU Admissions can only accept your copy if it has a valid stamp and signature. Digital versions of certified copies are not valid. You can submit them in one of the following ways.

  • Submit in person
    • Bring the documents on the next day you complete the period of quarantine and self health managment once you arrived.

  • Send by airmail/express
    • For students who can’t attend NCHU in time due to Covid-19, please send these two documents (verified diploma/transcript) before September 23, 2022 to the following address:
